Big Breakthroughs and Blue Pinecone Consulting are excited to announce a dynamic new collaboration to support your Mentor Coaching needs for 2026!
Nikki Moberly, PCC, CBC, CMC and Lisa Spinelli, PCC, CMC are teaming up to provide a rich, rewarding mentor coaching experience designed to support your professional development and credentialing journey.
This live virtual course was crafted with you in mind to maximize your time while fully meeting the International Coaching Federation mentor coaching and Continuing Coach Education (CCE) unit requirements.
Peer Learning
Unlike watching recordings on your own, these sessions provide the opportunity to build and/or deepen your coach colleague network while delivering highly interactive peer learning in the moment in an intimate maximum 10-learner setting.
All-Inclusive
Completing our program gives you ALL the mentor coaching hours you need. The ICF requires 10 hours of mentor coaching, including at least 3 hours of 1:1 coaching along with the 7 hours of group coaching.
Credentialed facilitators
Nikki and Lisa are both Certified Mentor Coaches (CMC) allowing you to be confident the mentor coaching you will receive is aligned to the updated 2025 ICF core competencies and comes with the highest level of skill and experience available for mentor coaching.
Nikki Moberly
Nikki Moberly, PCC, CBC, CMC is the founder of Big Breakthroughs Executive
Coaching and Consulting. She completed her coaching certification in 2018 from
George Mason University and has worked as an adjunct for the university in the
coaching program. She attained her Certified Mentor Coaching credential in 2023 and
has led several successful mentor coaching cohorts.
After 37 years as a business leader and executive in the software and services industry, she retired from Cisco Systems in 2020 to pursue her “next” career in Executive
Coaching, Group & Teams Facilitation, and as a Trusted Leadership Advisor to C-suite
leaders. When she is not executive coaching, she is a Certified Grief Coach, hospice
volunteer and Chair of the Board at Frederick Health.
Lisa Spinelli
Lisa Spinelli, PCC, CMC (Feb. 26), is the founder and president of Blue Pinecone Consulting. She completed her coaching certification through George Mason University in 2021, after which she served as the Chairperson for the coaching alumni steering committee for four years and sits on the DC ICF Metro Chapter board as the Events Director.
After 20+ years in journalism and content marketing, Lisa went on discover her love for career development at the Association for Talent Development (ATD). She began career coaching soon after and left her director level role at an L&D organization in 2023 to start her coaching and training practice. She has since become a Certified Mentor Coach (Feb. 26) and Professional Certified Coach through the ICF.
wHO nEEDS mENTOR cOACHING?
1) Coaches who are applying for or renewing their ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). These coaches are required to have at least 10 hours of Mentor Coaching.
2) Coaches who have their ICF PCC certification and looking grow in their professional development and learning of their coaching practice, or need continuing education hours to renew your PCC. This coaching class can help you meet the 40-hour CCEs requirement required every three years to renew your certification.
wHAT cAN i eXPECT?
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) requires that mentor coaching take place over a minimum of three months with at least three one-on-one hours of mentor coaching.
