ABOUT LISA 

Lisa Spinelli, president and founder of Blue Pinecone Consulting, is a sought-after credentialed leadership and career coach, learning and development manager, certified DiSC partner, and workshop facilitator. She is certified by the International Coaching Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and thrives on helping develop others in their careers and wellbeing.​

 

With more than  15 years of experience in content management and communications before entering the world of learning and development, Lisa profoundly understand how the words and the stories we tell ourselves, and others, have a deep impact on our lives. Words can truly make or break any relationship. This is why Lisa stresses the importance of clear and empathetic communication in her coaching and training. She uses her ability to tell stories and research-based approaches to develop impactful learning content for trainings, webinars, workshops and articles she creates as well as taps into storytelling techniques to help her coaching clients.​

 

Having grown up in Rome, Italy and being a dual-citizen, and yet moving a great deal as a child (and later as a military spouse), Lisa became an expert reader of people from all cultures. She has a high level of EQ in all four quadrants and enjoys discovering somatic and unspoken cues from her coaching clients. She uses this ability to connect and draw out what lies beneath the surface for her coaching clients and in her workshop facilitation.​ Lisa's number one Clifton strength is positivity, she scores high on the extroversion type in Myers-Briggs and has been called extremely energetic on more than one occasion. She uses all these traits to create engaging and informative learning opportunities in her workshops and events.​
