Louise Steen-Sprang

Louise Steen-Sprang is a leadership coach and facilitator using a strengths-based approach to help clients reach their professional and personal goals. Her holistic approach aids clients by filling in the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, clients reach their highest goals and dreams. Louise’s clients attest that she “asked provocative questions that led to creative and thoughtful problem-solving approaches” and Louise “commends honesty, assists in making deeper and more meaningful revelations not only to her, but to yourself. You suddenly feel brave enough to say something out loud that previously you held in for fear of judgment.” Louise is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation; she received her coaching education from George Mason University's Leadership Coaching for Organization Well-Being Program and her PhD in Political Science from The Ohio State University. She has nearly 20 years of experience facilitating team-building and strategic planning sessions and is certified in Hogan Assessments, EQi 2.0, MBTI, Change Leadership (CQ), 360 Feedback, Leadership Circle Profile, (LCP), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and Positive Intelligence (PQ) in addition to being Gallup trained in CliftonStrengths.
