By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, clients reach their highest goals and dreams. Louise’s clients attest that she “asked provocative questions that led to creative and thoughtful problem-solving approaches” and Louise “commends honesty, assists in making deeper and more meaningful revelations not only to her, but to yourself. You suddenly feel brave enough to say something out loud that previously you held in for fear of judgment.” Louise is an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation; she received her coaching education from George Mason University's Leadership Coaching for Organization Well-Being Program and her PhD in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
