Job Description

Parsons is looking for a stellar Orals/Interview Coach to join our team! In this role you’ll lead and prepare teams to ace customer-facing interviews across both our federal and infrastructure business units. You’ll provide strategic guidance and mentorship to capture teams on how to craft compelling introductions, develop and deliver customer-focused presentations, ace the question-and-answer component of the interview, as well as prepare for behavioral and scenario-based interviews.

What You'll Be Doing

Orals/Interview Coaching.

Sets the overall coaching strategy and maintains a high degree of decision-making authority; develops coaching execution plan and schedule and drives it to completion.
Creates and manages the interview/orals process, establishing best practices and approaches to execute presentations successfully.
Holds team members accountable for their work and encourages them to stay focused and motivated throughout the process; provides timely and actionable feedback, celebrates milestones and achievements, diplomatically resolves any conflicts that may arise, and recognizes the contributions of each team member.
Provides regular updates to senior leadership on the team’s progress in preparing for the interview.
Manages the development of talk tracks, scenario-based questions, and sample customer questions.
Guides interview/orals teams to think from the customer/evaluator perspective, coaching teams on how to communicate persuasively and present complex, technical information to non-technical evaluators.
