Ashley Campana is a leadership coach and strategic human capital consultant with over 25 years of experience designing and implementing innovative, large-scale solutions to human capital and talent management challenges across government, military, nonprofit, and commercial organizations. She has an exceptional reputation for collaboration and highly effective working with front line workers through executive-level leaders to assess needs and develop high-impact solutions at the individual or organizational level. Ashley has almost 10 years of coaching experience in leadership, career development, and well-being coaching. She leverages her experience in human capital and performance improvement consulting combined with ICF accredited training to help individuals prioritize and achieve their personal and professional goals and objectives. Ashley has coached senior and mid-level leaders in the public and private sector such as non-profit executives, military officers, and SES leaders across the Federal Government. She especially enjoys coaching working parents feeling pulled in multiple directions. She has also coached emerging women leaders at universities such as UCLA, University of Maryland and George Mason. Ashley aims to transfer the necessary skills to her clients to gain confidence in their self-efficacy to implement projects and coach themselves through difficult decisions and challenges.
