With a focus on organizational structure and interpersonal communication, Lisa’s foundation of 20+ years as a communications and management executive provides her with a unique lens to connect with clients and support them as they evolve their leadership style and strive to grow as leaders of people. She genuinely engages with leaders and individuals from a wide variety of perspectives—partnering with them to explore strategic options and the transitions involved.
She encourages her clients to expand their vision of success and work toward building sustainable goals. Lisa has a deep appreciation for the vital role communication plays in all areas of both career and professional goal structure. The interconnectivity of culture, collaboration and communication are a focus of her coaching at the entry and mid-manager levels.
She also explores communication, resilience, balance and well-being with clients from many professional and personal backgrounds. Lisa enjoys writing and research on coaching topics and has been featured in leadership coaching publications, including the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being’s Thriving Together Series, with an article about ‘The Great Resignation’ and how to examine your career and life balance through a post-pandemic lens.
Lisa is married to a special educator and they have three-year old son. She resides in Bristow, VA and enjoys all of the hiking trails and wine country that surround the area. As well as the close proximity to hop into D.C. and explore the many cultural centers and hidden food gems throughout the city. She currently works as the head of internal communications in a leading affordable housing nonprofit as well as working with coaching clients from a variety of backgrounds.
