Leadership Coach at MPW

Join the MPW team! We’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Leadership Coach to help develop supervisors, managers, and emerging leaders across our organization. In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on leadership training, provide one-on-one coaching, and serve as a role model for MPW’s values, culture, and safety-first mindset.

What You’ll Do

Facilitate leadership development programs using practical, experience-based training
Coach leaders before, during, and after training to reinforce learning and drive behavior change
Partner with operations and HR to align training with business needs and workforce challenges
Share best practices and institutional knowledge that support MPW’s mission and values
Adapt training materials based on feedback and evolving organizational priorities
Promote positive employee relations, professionalism, and a strong safety culture

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Adult Education, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of leadership experience in a corporate or operational environment
Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing supervisors and managers
Willingness to travel approximately 30–40%
