Amazon's Global Executive Development (GED) team is seeking a Principal, Leadership Development and Executive Coaching to shape and deliver transformative learning experiences for Amazon's senior leaders (Directors and Vice Presidents). This role combines learning design expertise with executive coaching and facilitation skills to create and deliver innovative leadership development solutions.
The ideal candidate will design global leadership programs while providing facilitation and strategic coaching support as needed. You'll craft immersive learning experiences, develop curriculum, and deliver coaching that helps leaders enhance their leadership capabilities. This dual focus allows you to both shape the learning journey and support leaders through their development.
While this is an individual contributor role, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and development professionals worldwide. Success requires strong instructional design expertise, coaching credentials, and the gravitas to partner with senior leaders. You'll also contribute to program innovation by analyzing leadership trends and creating strategic recommendations for program enhancement.
