Position Overview
We are seeking Contracted Leadership Coaches to deliver high-impact coaching to school principals using our signature methodology and frameworks. Coaches will work directly with school leaders to foster reflection, strengthen instructional leadership, and support cultural transformation.
This is a part-time, contract-based role with flexible activation. Coaches are onboarded in advance and activated as school contracts are secured.
Responsibilities
Deliver monthly coaching sessions to assigned school leaders:
One full-day in-person session with two principals
One 1-hour virtual progress check session with the same principals
Use the Three Competencies Framework (Data, Culture, Communication) to guide coaching conversations
Reference and apply the Johari Window and Bolman & Deal’s Four Frames throughout the coaching process
Attend biweekly virtual methodology meetings to align with company frameworks and prepare for sessions
Submit monthly timesheets documenting coaching activity
Maintain professional communication and uphold the values of In With the New Coaching
