What You'll Do
As a Leadership Coach, you will provide individual leadership, group, and team coaching to support the professional growth and success of our senior leaders and teams. You will also play a strategic role in shaping the organization's coaching strategy, ensuring it remains innovative and aligned with evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver one-on-one leadership coaching to leaders and emeriging leaders, focusing on leadership effectiveness and organizational impactFacilitate group coaching programs, fostering peer learning and leadership developmentConduct team coaching, enhancing strategic alignment, team performance, and impactDesign and facilitate workshops on topics related to teaming, coaching, and human performance.
