Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of six months experience coaching students, job applicants or related experience such as recruitment, training and onboarding new hires. Possess a dynamic, professional demeanor with exceptional organization, written, and public speaking skills. Ability to multitask. Exceptional time management skills. Ability to exercise independent judgement. Exhibit a motivated/enthusiastic work style. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to utilize career and life design coaching skills with students and graduates. Local travel is necessary when conducting site visits or attending networking functions. Must have a driving record acceptable to the university guidelines. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Experience in assessing employer needs and implementing solutions to connect talent.
